Abstract: Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle of a woman. Changes in hormones during the menstrual cycle seem to be an important cause of PMS. The root cause of PMS is high estrogen to progesterone ratio. Prementrid
